All prices are in CAD$ and are subject to change without prior notice. For purchases shipped within Canada 6% GST , as applicable. 7% PST, will also be added to all orders where applicable.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied one the shipment reaches your country. All orders are shipped CIF (cost, insurance, freight) Salt Spring Island, B.C., Canada. Any additional charges must be borne by the purchaser. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Postal shipments to the U.S.A. are generally not affected as all goods are manufactured in Canada.

When ordering from sacredmountainlavender.com, you are considered the importer or record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Shipping and handling fees depend on the shipment weight and destination and are automatically calculated as you place your items into the PayPal shopping cart. These fees are ESTIMATES only for North American destinations. For shipments to other locations PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.

All Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel ground freight. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 days (in Canada) after your order is processed and depending on delivery location. Orders are processed weekly.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Damaged or broken goods will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will be referred to Canada Post for possible insurance claims.
